Civil Registry collects the following information about you from CY Login:

• CY Login user name
• email address
• ID or ARC number

If you leave feedback in Help us improve this service, the following information is also collected:

• the degree of your satisfaction while using the service
• your opinion and suggestions on how we could improve the service.

Why Civil Registry uses your information

Civil Registry uses your information to identify you and give you access to documents and data it has on record about you.

Without access to this information, Civil Registry cannot give you this access.

If you leave feedback in Help us improve this service, we will use it to evaluate how users feel about their experience using the service. This is so that we can identify and prioritize areas for improvement, and get ideas for new developments.

How your personal information is stored

Your information is stored securely on servers based in Cyprus.

Your rights

• get a copy of the information held about you
• restrict the processing of your data
• correct or update your personal information
• object to the processing of your personal information
• have your information transferred to another organisation or to you.

You can complain about the way your personal information has been used by contacting the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
